Meet Megan | Founder and Strategic People Advisor
Megan founded MacRae & Co. Blueprint Solutions Inc. in late 2025.
With more than 20 years of executive and senior leadership experience, Megan combines extensive labour relations expertise with a visionary approach and a deep understanding of operational environments and customer service. She designs practical blueprints that enable organizations to move from strategy to execution.
Throughout her career, Megan has held senior roles in the People function, led human resources teams comprising hundreds of employees, and helped guide organizations of all sizes at the executive level for more than a decade. She also has experience establishing a start-up organization and supporting its rapid growth. Megan has built a strong record of delivering large-scale implementations, leading organizational change, and advancing innovative approaches to labour relations. She has also advised multiple CEOs and C-suite leaders in Canada and internationally.
A forward-thinking professional and effective leader, Megan has led multiple rounds of collective bargaining that generated significant financial savings for government while enabling meaningful improvements in public services and safety. Her career has focused on identifying organizational gaps and implementing strategic initiatives to address them. She has advocated for legislative change at all levels of government, represented organizations before local and international boards, completed advanced training in board governance, and served on numerous boards.
